Message: I live at the Four Seasons Apartments and really like living here. It's convenient, the people in my building are (for the most part) quiet, friendly and keep to themselves. The problem I have is with the woman who answers the phone if you need to call the 24-hour maintenance service which I had to do today. At 3:30 this morning, our power was out. It was restored around 11:00 a. m. then the heat didn't work and it took about 3 hours for them to fix that. It is now almost 11:00 at night and we have no hot water. I called to inform the maintenance people and she took my name, asked the problem then hung up on me. She did the same to my husband when he called about the power outage. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Message: An ideal place to live. Have all the amenities in the near by vicinity. Apartments are little old though. Very good maintenance and the rents are not too high. The best thing is that all the utilities (electricity included) are included in the rent itself.
